4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
We do not guarantee loan approval. Final loan approval, interest rates, loan amount, and terms are at the sole discretion of the lending bank or NBFC. We merely facilitate the connection between the borrower and lender.
5. Fees and Charges
(a) Our consultation services are provided free of charge to loan applicants.
(b) We do NOT charge any upfront processing fee, registration fee, insurance fee, or any advance payment for loan processing.
(c) Any fees related to the actual loan (processing charges, GST, etc.) are charged directly by the bank or NBFC as per their policies.
(d) Beware of fraud: We will never ask you to deposit money in advance to get a loan approved.
